Start with the outcome

Tell us what is not working and what you would like the garden to do instead. You do not need a finished design to start a conversation.

Show the space

Take a wide photograph of the area, then closer photographs of anything relevant. Include gates, paths and narrow access points. Avoid including people, number plates or private paperwork.

Include approximate measurements

Rough lengths, widths and heights help us understand the scale. Tell us when these are estimates rather than exact measurements.

Mention access and removal

Steps, long carries, restricted gates and items to remove can affect how a job is approached. Let us know what needs to remain in place.
