What the service involves

Regular garden care and seasonal tidy-ups.

A maintenance visit can cover the routine work you need help keeping up with: cutting the lawn, weeding borders, tidying planted areas and looking after hedges and shrubs. Some customers need a regular visit; others need help with a garden that has become overgrown or a larger seasonal tidy-up. You do not need to book landscaping work to arrange maintenance.

We begin with the garden’s size and current condition, then discuss your priorities. Tell us which areas need attention, what you would like left alone and whether you are looking for a one-off visit or ongoing care. For regular work, we can agree the main tasks and review seasonal jobs as the garden changes. The timing and extent of pruning will depend on the plants involved rather than treating every shrub in the same way.

Access and handling the cuttings matter too. Mention steps, narrow passages, locked gates, parking restrictions and any areas that are difficult to reach. Let us know whether green waste can stay in an agreed place on site or whether you need it taken away, so this can be included in the proposed work.

A few clear photographs and your postcode are a useful starting point. For a garden needing heavier clearance, tell us what is underneath the growth if you know, including any structures, stored materials or obstacles. We can then discuss whether an initial tidy-up and a separate maintenance arrangement would suit you.

A quotation for your garden.

Use the enquiry form to send your postcode, a description of the work and approximate measurements where relevant. We will discuss the scope and any visit needed before confirming the quotation. Mention timing, access and removal at the outset so these can be considered together. Once we reply, photographs can be sent by email if they help us assess the garden.

How do I arrange regular maintenance?

Use the enquiry form to send your postcode, the main tasks you need help with and the visit pattern you have in mind. Include the approximate garden size if you know it. Once we reply, photographs can be sent by email if they will help us understand the current condition. We will check availability and discuss a practical arrangement. Where an initial tidy-up is needed before routine visits, we can explain that separately so you know what is included.

Customer feedback

A few words from our customers.

Their gardens, in their own words.

These guys are great! They did a fantastic makeover of my garden last year, turning two spaces into one, creating a lovely pattern in stones and making all the planting areas larger. Their knowledge of complementing flowers & shrubs was key to the success of the planting & they freed my existing plants in pots, which are now thriving in the ground. They have been over twice since to put the garden ‘to bed’ for the winter, which I simply couldn’t do. They clear up too and even better, they are really nice guys!

Have been using David and the team from The Garden Grow for the last three years now. They came highly recommended and they haven't disappointed at all. They are always polite, fast and have done a cracking job taming our garden when it gets out of hand. This includes mowing the lawn, weeding the flower beds, trimming large bushes, trees - basically the whole shebang 😂. They can also sort the waste at your request or use your brown garden bin if you have one. I love their flexibility and the entire service. It's a 10/10 from me 🙌🏽👏🏽

I used The Garden Grow's services to deweed and trim back my front and back garden and they made the process so easy. I didn't even need to be there, as long as they know where to find it they can do it while you are away (e.g. at work). Everything was done exactly how I wanted. I would highly recommend these guys.

The Garden Grow team are so good. They know what they are doing and always leave the job clean and tidy. They actually know about plants and the best time to prune. It’s surprising how much they get done in one hour
